Swimming Exercise – A Great All Rounder

We all know we should be exercising, but we often find reasons not to. But, if we want a healthy body then it’s something we need to prioritize. Don’t think of a fitness routine as a chore; find something you enjoy doing that helps your fitness levels too. Given all the different activities out there that we could be doing, there really is something for everyone. So no more excuses!

Reduce the Impact With Fitness Walking

As a jogger, I’d heard people mention fitness walking, but never paid it much heed. After all, I reasoned, isn’t fitness walking a fancy term for walking a bit quicker than usual? Nothing like the jogging I did every day. I felt a bit superior I guess, as I thought jogging was the best aerobic activity. It had to be; it was energetic and hard work.
